What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Supporting clients in accessing the community, engaging in social and recreational activities, and developing independent living skills.
Advocating for clients' needs while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Maintaining accurate documentation to track client progress.
Following all policies and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and positive environment.
What We're Looking For:
A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of disability support needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to cater to each client's unique requirements.
A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to improving lives.
A current driver's license and Access to reliable transportation.
